Retrun, Replacement and Refund Policy
 

1.        Return Policy : BBB shall accept return only if the packet delivered is unopened and kept intact and BBB shall inspect the packet to refund the money. To and fro courier charges will be deducted from the amount received by BBB, after all bank charges. Return shall have to be made within 7 days of receipt at buyers end. Thereafter, BBB shall not accept any return.

2.        Replacement Policy : At the time of accepting shipment, the buyer shall check the package is not tampered or damaged. If the buyer / user receives delivery of packet in a damaged / defective condition, immediately, he/ she shall have to contact BBB for confirmation of defective delivery and BBB shall confirm the same with courier and receive back. In case of defective deliveries only, replacement of ordered item will be made. BBB shall accept return for replacement, only if the packet delivered is unopened and kept intact and BBB shall inspect the packet to replace with ordered item.

3.        Refund Policy : In case an order is cancelled by the user / member, either in part or full, refund process shall be initiated with in 15 working days. If the payment is received via net banking or credit card or debit card payment, refund amount will be the amount received at the hands of BBB, after deduction of credit card / banking charges, if any.  If the payment was made by cheque or DD, we shall send a cheque to the extent of amount received by BBB.   The refund amount depends on the status of activities carried out at BBB.

a.        If the order is not processed and cancellation occurs : Full amount of refund ( read with para above)

b.        If the order is processed and but dispatch action not initiated and cancellation occurs: Full amount of refund ( read with para above)

c.        If the order is processed and dispatch action initiated and cancellation occurs: Full amount of refund ( read with para above) deducted by to and fro courier charges at actual

d.        If the order is processed and dispatch is made and cancellation occurs: Full amount of refund ( read with para above) deducted by to and fro courier charges at actual
