About the Book

The various Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) of Indian Railways like RRB Allahabad, RRB Bangalore, RRB Patna, RRB Mumbai, RRB Chandigarh, etc conduct a Common Pre Examination for recruitment in Non-Technical Cadre posts in Indian Railways.

The book has been divided into four sections namely General Awareness, Arithmetic, General Intelligence & Reasoning and Current Affairs each covering large number of unsolved MCQs based on the questions asked in the previous years’ examinations. The general awareness section covers History of India, Geography, Indian Polity, Indian Economy, General Science , Physics, Chemistry, Biology. Each chapter in the Arithmetic section has been explained with illustrations and figures wherever required containing ample number of solved and unsolved problems. The solutions to all the unsolved problems have been given at the end of each chapter to facilitate easy comprehension of the concepts. Also two solved paper of 2012 RRB Common Pre Examination Non-Technical Cadre has been given in the beginning so that the students get an insight into the current pattern of the examination and the type of questions asked therein.
