About the Book

For admission to Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor of Arts in Computer Applications (BACA), Bachelor of Arts (Hons) (BA Hons) and Bachelor of Arts in Economics (BA Economics), the Jamia Millia Islamia University conducts separate entrance examinations. The present study resource has been designed to help aspirants preparing for BBS/B.Com/BACA/BA (Hons)/BA Economics Entrances 2016.

The present study resource for BBS, B.Com, BACA, BA (Hons) and BA (Economics) entrances has been divided into five sections namely English Language & Comprehension, General Knowledge, Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude & Data Interpretation and Business Aptitude, each sub-divided into number of chapters. The English Language & Comprehension section covers the basics of English grammar & comprehension, whereas the General Knowledge section covers Indian history, geography, Indian polity, Indian economy, general science, General Knowledge and social awareness. The Logical Reasoning section deals both with Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning whereas the Business Aptitude section lists down the basics of business. Sufficient number of solved MCQs designed as per the questions asked in previous years’ entrance examinations have been provided in the book. Detailed solutions have been provided for better understanding of the concepts on which the questions are based. Also practice exercises have been provided at the end of each chapter for thorough practice of the concepts covered in the chapter. Three Section Tests at the end of each section have been provided for skill-wise sharpening of skills.
