The ‘Daily Tax Digest’ provides snippets of all judicial and statutory updates (i.e., circulars/notifications) reported on taxmann.com during the previous day. We report case laws on hourly basis and all important case laws are reported on the same day. Thus, to keep a track of all updates and to have a brief view, ‘Daily Tax Digest’ serves the purpose. This newsletter provides section-wise updates on judicial rulings. It covers updates on following laws:
